Marc Infotech provides software development, IT consulting, ERP solutions, web and mobile development, and related technology services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed software as specified in the project agreement. Marc Infotech retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in development. Third-party libraries used in projects are subject to their respective licenses.
4. Confidentiality
Marc Infotech agrees to keep all client business information, project details, and trade secrets confidential. We do not share client project information with third parties without explicit consent.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, a milestone-based payment structure is used. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Marc Infotech's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
